GENERAL BOOKING AND CANCELLATION TERMS :
Booking and deposit :
All bookings must be confirmed by fax or email with credit card number, expiration date and the last three numbers appearing on the back of the card, or by mail with a deposit cheque.
The amount of the deposit required is equivalent to the rate for one night or, for a stay of more than four nights, 30% of the total stay with a minimum of the rate for one night. Deposits may be refunded upon receipt of written cancellation no later than 15 days prior to the originally scheduled date of arrival.
Interrupted stay :
For any interruption of stays for which notice is given less than 48 hours prior to departure, one night will be billed by the hotel as compensation.
Check-in :
Check-in from 3 p.m. Please notify us in case of arrival after 8 p.m.
Check-out :
We kindly request that you vacate your room before midday.
